Monisha studied fashion design at the American College for Applied Arts in London which is a 4 year degree in fashion specializing in tailoring. She set up her design company manufacturing and selling clothes under the "MONISHA JAISING" brand name in 1990. Today, she retails from New York, Miami, Las Vegas, Denmark, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Delhi.
