Singer/Producer/Multi-Instrumentalist Bee2 is back with his third album, imaginatively titled "Edited by Faith", on the Genie Records label. From a family of musicians and performers, West London's Bee2 has invented his own brand of UK Bhangra, which is equally accessible to the audiences in the UK and overseas.
Bee2, who has style infusing raw Punjabi vocals with all the traditional elements of folk music, has already introduced his music and live stage show to the masses in Punjab and now looks to capitalise on the relationship with Genie Records to further his appeal in the music arena. Having been part of the West End musical 'Bombay Dreams' during its smash-hit run in London,
Bee2 is no stranger to the stage lights and concert halls of stature.
"Edited by Faith" not only reflects his production talents, but also his lyrical and vocal capabilities. The album, recorded at his own 'Sound Pipe'
studio, was produced in full by the man himself and combines a collection of real folk instruments alongside some heavy duty beats and rhythms.
Bee2, who has studied Music Technology, has a vocal style reminiscent to the traditional Punjabi singers of the past but with a unique modern twist. His competent tumbi playing matched by the creative word and music unions makes Bee2's music easy to listen to, but invites close attention. Enjoy the experience.
